First Measurable Snow of 2007-08
Today at Black Cat Weather Station the snow total is 1.9" This is the first measurable snow of the season. The first actual snow (a trace) occurred on Nov. 7.
Last season's first measurable snow occurred on December 7 (0.1") The first snow of greater than an inch occurred on December 30. Today's is the most snowfall since April 12 (4.5"). Can't wait for some measurable snow down here in Jersey. We had tons of snow coming down early last week, but the ground was too warm for it to stick. I took pictures anyway just in case that is all we get.
Hey, you never know. Let's see - only 240 days or so until I get to the lake again. WAAAAHHHHHHH! nj2nh
