Land Survey / Boundary
Can anyone recommend anyone that could do a land survey of our property?
I called one place and they said it would be about $2,500.00 (Meredith area) Thanks |

idigtractors,
Based on your experience it doesn't sound like you were happy with Bryan. I've used him a number of times on sub-divisions, verifying pins, etc. and have always been satisfied. |

idigtractors,
Thanks for clarifying. I do agree you have to be very specific about what you want (or expect). |

Bryan Bailey
I used Bryan recently to walk with me to review my boundaries, as he had done the original surveying for the previous property owner. Other than him being a little late for our appointment, I was very satisfied with the time he took to walk the whole perimeter of my property. His stories were entertaining, and his price was reasonable.
Hope this helps, Bill |
