I don't believe you can complete the registration process online but someone please correct me if I am wrong.
The reference to "Online Town" in the partial list posted by billy is only a reference to the fact that those towns with that notation are online with the DMV database and can provide full service for registration needs. From the DMV website: Online Town Locations (are online with the DMV) may process new, renewal, and transfer registrations, as well as replacement registrations and decals on privately-owned boats only. Boat Agent Locations (are not online with the DMV) may process new, renewal, and transfer registrations on privately-owned boats only. Offline Boat Agents are unable to provide replacement registrations and decals.

... NH Marine Patrol-Glendale is user friendly (smiley face!)
The brand new MP-HQ building at the Glendale docks in Gilford is customer friendly for boaters who need to register their boat. It has a walk-in service window inside for MP-business. There is designated visitor vehicle parking spots for people doing business with the Marine Patrol, and you save five dollars off the registration fee compared to what you would pay at your local town hall, or marina, because there is no five dollar service fee when dealing direct with the Marine Patrol.
So, you save five dollars/registration to deal direct with the new MP-HQ, plus they are the 'authority', and know what's what if your registration has an issue such as a second hand boat that has never been registered in NH before, and you 'borrowed' that 13' sailboat from your loser, brother-in-law, down in Massachusetts, or something ! What the Marine Patrol does not have, unfortunately, is free, high quality, courtesy, k-cup coffee in a luxurious paper cup ........ for that, you want to stop in to the Meredith Village Savings Bank, that's out front of the big Lowe's store, where it is self service, k-cup coffee in a very luxurious, paper cup.

Field Trip
Just returned from my field trip to the new Marine Patrol building. Beautiful parking, lobby and service area for the public. I also got my mooring decal at the same time.
Now for the weather to cooperate so we can get out on the lake ...no online registrations -the state website needs updating |
