Default Barton's motel

They received the planning board approval. Still have yet to get state approval for building within 250’ water zone. Also, 3 bedrooms per unit. Lots of traffic. Can someone please tell me where the garage dumpster are going. No where on the drawings or explained else where

I am a proximity neighbor, and was never notified of the proposal or anything. Not that I am saying I am for or against it. But I will be asking and pushing a lot of questions if I see a large dock structure going in, given what we have gone through.

I read only 2 day Docks they are trying for moorings but the State OF NH DES applying for moorings are a slow -years long process and even then they can deny and only allow a few moorings. The units will be 60' tall 4 stories, to tall in my opinion.

You are correct on the day dock. Not sure where people are going to trailer park. In my opinion the developers would get a premium if they went with permanent docks. They have the water front for many and if you deed them to each unit the sale value for those unit is extremely higher then without. Do the developers appear to be in a rush to complete this project, our is it just me thinking

I guess 1970's architecture never goes out of style. The garages make the site look like a self-storage facility.

Too bad the developer didn't hire the same architect doing the new complex across the street from Lago's in Meredith.

Confused by the lakeside drawings. Looks more like a ocean beach then a lakeside

Residential property on the lake is hot now!

There are already 6 units at the Barton's property with non-binding reservation agreements. They may have resolved the limited dock situation by combining frontage with the the unused cemetery frontage. That is a work in progress but it could give them 20 - 25 slips.

Interesting. If they are deeded slips it would explain the prices they are asking.
