Can we upload an mpg or mpeg file or a Quick Time movie?

mpg and mpeg are too big to upload into forums. You can upload them to Youtube or other uploading video websites and then copy the URL or embeding code into the forum.
I use localhostr.com to upload just about any file extension that is 50 MB or smaller. Then I embed the code that they give you into a forum post.

The only file types that you can upload (to my knowledge) into this forum are as shown below:
