Housesitter/Winter Rental

We sold our lakehouse in Barrington NH & are closing fast, November 12. Having a hard time finding something that "fits". Have owned 2 executive homes for past 15 years. Would need 2+ bedrooms. Both of us business owners, wife-11 years, me-past 17 years. Just closed my business but wife needs to be able to commute to Somersworth so southern part of the lake best. House was on the market for 1.5 years and sale happened quick. In a bind now and need winter to find a new house, location for building. Excellent personal references, clean & responsible, both 40+, have a 4 year old son.
