Default The Manor on Golden Pond (Holderness)

Went there 9/27 for the wife's 60th, ate in the formal dining room. Service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. We had the tasting menu ($67 p/p) and each course (7 in total) was better than the next. Even had a special printed menu that said, "Happy 60th Birthday Beverly." Highly recommend it for a special occasion. Also, bet its a nice place to stay.

Always wanted to try it, but heard they require jacket/tie for the dining room. I am "Lakes Casual" at all times.

We did that a few years ago for our anniversary and it was great. I would highly recommend it for a special occasion.

Default Try the less formal Bistro

We tried the bistro this summer. Other side from the formal dining room. Less expensive, priced more like other good lakes region restaurants. The food was fabulous. Atmosphere and service was superb.

No need for either. I wore a jacket, no tie. Others were there with neither.

Default Thumbs Up!!

I took my wife there a few years ago for her 30th birthday. We had a blast and highly recommend it. They even put her name and happy birthday on the menu nice touch...
