Default wide open saloon...weirs

wide open saloon located in the old smokehouse building....great place to sit outside and watch the weirs beach activitys.....i had chicken wings and a ceasar salad with chicken.....both great.....everything i saw come out of the kitchen looked good......

that place wasnt so good...the owner died in a house fire..how ironic...all new owners and staff...i would never eat at the smoke house but the new cook,Spike does a nice job.i own a food place close by and i say you should try the wide open saloon

Not to mention the owner has a family to feed and so do all the workers who are now out of work.

Did the Smokehouse wind up over in Fryeburg? Sure looks like the same sign on Rte 302. Never been in there, just drove by on the way to Harvest Hills Animal Shelter the other day.

Default Wide Open Saloon destroyed by fire

A couple of days ago I drove by the Wide Open Saloon (detour route) and Rt. 3 was closed. Fire engines everywhere and the saloon and restaurant have been destroyed. Seems to be a lot of businesses that burn around here.
