Default Former Aubuchon building

Now that Aubuchon in Meredith has moved, does anyone know what the plan is for that empty building? At some point, there was talk of building a rotary there. Is that still on the table, does anyone know? Just curious...... That's never been a beautiful building and now that it's vacant, it's kind of an eyesore.

Aubuchon has moved over to the Hannaford site. It's next to the sportwear store.

Default rumor central

I heard that the Meredith Savings Bank owns the building and is planning to demolish it and build a new structure there... not sure if that includes space for a new rotary...

Caveat - complete hearsay from friend of a friend of a friend etc...

Good news. That's the only real eyesore left in downtown. Tear it down, make a park, build a rotary, anything. A colonial style building like Bootlegger's or that newer Meredith Savings Bank to the E would be perfect too.
