RIP: Beautiful Zuli
Our wonderful, smart, beautiful 6 year old Siamese crossed the bridge last week, quite suddenly and terribly of HCM - a heart condition. He was an imp for whom we had to baby-proof our house and hide all Q-tips. He will be so terribly missed. Thank you to everyone at Meadow Pond for your compassion and guidance through this difficult time.

Donna,
What a beautiful cat. I am so saddened that you lost a member of your family. I have had cats in the home my entire life. My last cat lived to age 22 and my current cat named Jezzie is 17. You lost your precious gem way to soon! |

Sorry for you loss
I had several Siamese cats through the ages. Duke is currently 7 and playful as a kitten! I see you have a lilac point. Duke is a chocolate point with an apple face.
There is a Siamese Rescue League that will help in getting a new cat. Condolence to the family.

Thanks!
Thanks everyone for your kind words. We have had Siamese cats for many years. They are so loving and intelligent. We know the person who owns Zuli's father - and am hoping to get a kitten that will be half-brother or half-sister to Zuli by end of summer. He was a Lilac point, we currently have Bucky who is an 11 year old Sealpoint (applehead). Seriously, thank you everyone.

I live a few streets from you, my Siamese is fortunately 25, living with several paradoxical problems. I'm so sorry for your early loss of Zuli. Siamese are a special breed (to me), I drive for Siamese Rescue. Bless you Donna, I need to go hug mine now and get him comfortable in bed. You were the best mom Zuli could have ever had

It is a very sad day indeed. So sorry to hear about Zuli. Our pets can be very special to us. I think it's especially hard if they are taken too soon. All the best to you at this difficult time.

Be happy for the quality of life, love and care that you gave and joy and happiness that you received in return.

Sorry about Zuli what a beauty. Go out and look for an adoption I'm confident he'd love to pass down his bowls and toys if it means making another animal happy.
