Default Black Flies

Any black flies yet? When we were there last weekend the were just starting but I wonder what this cold snap will do to them.

Have had a ton of those little swarming gnats, but so far no biting black flies.

That's good to hear! I'm coming up tomorrow for the week and need to do some outdoor painting, which is not fun with insects chewing at your face.
