Default Volunteers Needed to Help Clean Up the Lake

We’re excited to announce a Lakewide Cleanup Event on Saturday, October 12. Join us for a day of community action as we come together to clean up Lake Winnipesaukee. Whether you're a local, seasonal visitor, or just love the lake, this is your chance to help keep it beautiful.

Event Highlights:
🕘 Time: 9:00am-2:00pm
📍 Cleanup Locations: Volunteers will meet their team lead at designated locations around the lake at 9am to collect their supplies, venture off to their preferred cleanup locations, and be able to drop off their collected trash at various drop-off points around the lake.
🎉 Post-Cleanup Celebration: Ames Farm Inn, Gilford at 12pm for food and a prize raffle!

How You Can Help:
  • Sign up to volunteer for the cleanup
  • Encourage your friends, family, and local groups to get involved
  • Share your cleanup efforts on social media using #2024LakeWinniCleanup

Why It Matters:
Every piece of trash we pick up makes a difference for our lake’s water quality, wildlife, and overall beauty. Let’s show the power of community and keep our waters clean!
