I'm new to the lake and just wondering any fireworks around the Melvin village area not ready for any night boating yet

Lanes End (Senter Cove) Melvin Village usually has fireworks. Does anyone if it's on the 3rd or the 4th?

What is the best place to watch the Alton fireworks from that a person does not have to walk too far to get to? (Sprained ankle)
