French bistro or restaurant?
Aren't there a lot of French-affiliated Canadians living in and / or visiting the lakes region?
If so, wouldn't they (and others) welcome an affordable French bistro or restaurant? Given the prior Swiss offerings when it was The William Tell, reinventing it to offer food from its neighbor, France, might resonate. I'd probably love it, is what I'm saying; what say you?
