Default Furnace and on demand water heater maintenance

I have a Buderus furnace and a Rinnai on demand water heater and looking for someone to perform annual maintenance. Installer is no longer doing any maintenance calls. Home is in Moultonborough

I would assume your fuel supplier provides that service.

Foley Oil, does my oil burner in Moultonboro, they've been great.

Default Propane or oil

That the million dollar question. I believe the equipment are either propane or natural gas.


For natural gas call your supplier, they have a list of HVAC companies to deal with. If you had changes or repairs to the delivery pipes, I think the fire dept need to be aware, at least in Laconia area.

Same for propane, most suppliers have a list.


I have Rinnai condensing boiler and on demand. Needs to be maintained every three years due to caustic condensation in the combustion chamber. Don Morin installed and maintained but he has retired. I currently use Seymour and Sons in Laconia. Very busy but reliable. 603.527.0066

Per Rinnais installation and servicing manual and for your warranty to be valid, Rinnai requires maintenance every 2 or 4 years. Most times they don't require proof, but you can never say they won't.
