Default Anyone around to ride Moultonboro?

Just got here and didn't realize how much snow we actually had. Pulled the sled out and looking to go for a shakedown cruise later today and tomorrow from Suissevale if anyone is around.

Most Trial are Open with the exception of 1 gate on RED HILL and 1 on the Power line Trail (waiting for land owner to unlock).

Lakes are not SAFE at this time.

Conditions 3-4" Rolled (frozen) and 3-4" of Fluffy Snow this morning.

My neighbor went out from here "KONA" area up towards Red Hill. It was a GOOD Ride.

Only encountered one other Rider on an older "BLEU' SKIDO tearing up the Trail behind the Garage. Fortunately He STUFFED his Sled in a Snowbank in the Tree Farm.

Nice! I'm going to head up to Mt. Shaw in the morning likely. Depending on how good, will try the backside down toward Tamworth/Ossipee.

12/21/16 Trail Update:

Good Monday afternoon all. Here is a report for you.
The NH Trails Bureau and the OVSC will be opened gates yesterday in the Ossipee Valley trail systems. The OVSC volunteers will be scouting the trails for obstructions and conditions. The Saturday storm dropped around 6 to 12 inches of snow depending on location and elevation. The following day rain and warm up compacted the snow cover. The base is around 8 inches… again depending on where you are in the system. There will be many rocks, roots, open water bars etc. Expect early season riding conditions and ride accordingly.
When we have more to report we will. Hope to see you soon.

Lakes and Ponds are NOT SAFE! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!
