Default Asbestos Report for cabin Demo

Any advice on who can reasonably provide an Asbestos report to support a demo permit for an old cabin? I have not found information from the state regarding the form of the report or if it can be self reported by a homeowner.

Any advise is helpful.

Thank you.

This is an EPA requirement. You will need an asbestos professional to certify if asbestos is in the property or not. They should provide the completed form to you. Asbestos was use in construction materials for a very long time - far more materials than the average person would know. http://www.epa.gov/region1/enforceme...tionFormFF.pdf
