Default Anniversary Dinner 10.16.21

We are coming to the Lake this weekend to close our camp and I am looking for a nice place for a special anniversary dinner . We are staying in Meredith after camp close-up . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

Six burner bistro in Plymouth. Best option in the region!

Default Osterio Poggio

Osterio Poggio, Center Harbor. Had our anniversary dinner there 2 yrs ago. They custom-made a multi-course meal with wine pairings. It was fabulous. If you choose to go with them, definitely call ahead and make a reservation and tell them it's a special occasion.

I'll second Osteria Poggio. The Cupola is a little extra work for staff, so plan to double tip.

People don't think of it as often but a dinner cruise on the Mount or the Winnipesaukee Spirit could be romantic, too.

Another vote for Osteria Poggio and the Cupola. I have mentioned in a different thread our anniversary dinner in the Cupola and how wonderful it was with a special chef's menu and wine parings. The Cupola is not for those with mobility issues (multiple stairways) and there is not much room up there except for a table and two chairs, so you would be wise to visit first and make sure it works for you.

Descant is spot on about being extra heavy with the tip for the wait staff. Our waiter was on the UNH track team and he definitely got a work out!!
