Today, Friday 9/5, I was exiting the Jackson Star at the set of lights. As I was waiting for the light to change, I was looking "up" the street across from the Star exit (street up to Anna Lee) and saw an animal coming down the road. I thought "gee, that's a big dog" when I realized it was a bear, just walking down the road! The bear crossed the road from left to right, and went into the woods. Cool.

What a cool sight this morning. I saw a big black bear in Moultonborough. He was looking right at us too. It was the first time I've ever seen a bear in the wild, so my heart was pumping pretty good!
