Triathlon Club?

I did a quick search of the Forum and didn't see anything on this. My wife is a competitive swimmer who wants to do some training while we are at the lake this summer for a triathlon she is competing in in August. She is entered on a triathlon relay team as the swimmer. Is anyone aware of a group of people who do regular swimming workouts on the lake, whether part of a triathlon club or otherwise? We are in the Wolfeboro/Alton area but I think she would travel a bit to be able to swim with a group. Thanks.
