Function rentals

This weekend we had our wedding at the lake and had the benefit of some of your advice: My Wife to be saw that my computer was on this site and checked it for caterer reviews and came back with Curt's Caterers in Gilford. Outstanding. Very professional, yet easy going and accomodating. On top of that, the food was outstanding, even the leftovers went fast. Thank you!
We also used Taylor Rental of Belmont, at the recommendation of Curt's and they were equally easy to deal with. On time, friendly, the tents, chairs and linens were all in great shape. Just nice folks to deal with.

Where was the wedding held and would you recomend it for a a wedding ?

We held it at our house, which was great in the sense that some of the money that we spent was an investment (house repairs, yard work. etc), but a lot of work and stress was involved. I wouldn't recommend someone ELSE getting married at our place, as my new Wife would kill me.....
As far as doing it yourself, Curts and Dan at Taylor Rental made at least some of it easy.
