Unfortunately, there are too many kooks out there who would love to "buck the system" (advertise/sell things that are harmful)- Think phone scams/Medicare frauds!

As individuals, we can make our own choices- If a large entity is receiving materials from a "trusted source", and distributing them, the individual choice is dissipated.

What we don't want /need is a crap-shoot on dependency!
