Default Trolling: an intransitive verb

1 : to move around : ramble
2 a : to fish by trailing a lure or baited hook from a moving boat b : search, look ; also : prowl
3 : to sing or play in a jovial manner
4 : to speak rapidly

I choose 2.

Thank you Resident 2B, for your recent post and Skip, for your input!

I think you're looking in the wring reference material.

Default Troll? Or "Lifesaver"?

As Martha Stewart might say, it's "A Good Thing" to cite cases and examples of lifesaving behaviors, lifesaver techniques and Lake Winnipesaukee's lifesaving rules.

Further, I think the rampant "dissing" of MPs that we see here, is not unlike the dismissal of "line-judges" at a tennis match—and a tennis match has far less riding on it than we who live—and boat—here.

For "Troll", the best example I've seen given on the Internet, is a person who joins a Cat-Lovers forum and proceeds to describe his technique for drowning kittens!

That's funny that someone else knows of the flame warriors site. Mike Reed is an old acquaintance of mine...
