Default Lakefront ice damage repair

Our lakefront stone wall and steps incurred some significant damage this winter. I'm thinking that the higher lake level this winter was a contributing factor and that there will be a good deal (more than normal) damage found around the lake this Spring. I'd like to try to line up someone to do repair work ASAP. Any suggestions for contractors for this type of work?

I was also wondering if anyone had experience in using bubblers to help prevent or reduce this type of damage.

I'm sure they are fully scheduled for the entire year, but talk to Hunter Secord and see if he has any recommendations.
