Default .....Kanuna Laguna?

.....oopsie-doopsie....make that Kahuna Laguna.....my bad on the spelling error .......Wanting to escape the cold temps, and not able to afford a trip to Key West, Florida, I was contemplating a drive over to www.kahunalaguna.com, an indoor 92-degree water park in North Conway which costs 40-dollars for a two hour visit. Open every day from 3 to 9-pm it seems like it could be a terrific way to get wet & warm and have some fun, but at 40-dollars ......it is not exactly my type of price......and there are no discounts deals showing on the website.

Anyone been to Kahuna Laguna over at the Red Jacket in beautiful North Conway, NH?

It says they have a 102-degree hot tub that's big enough for 25-people too.........like wow......102-degrees!

We went a few years back. Back then you had to be a hotel guest to be able to go, but they would occasionally open it up on certain days to the public. We tried it on one of the open days. The kids enjoyed it. We are thinking of hitting it again over February vacation.

I have been there 3 different times and it is a blast. We spent the night each time and the kids had a great time. Well worth the $.

Can someone clarify...is Kahuna Laguna now open to the public? I have stayed at both Red Jacket resorts in North Conway and at the time, that was the only way to gain access. The kids have a great time there. Thanks.

It appears it is only open to registered guests.

Default ......Kahuna Weirs the Laguna!!!

Someone should go spend a million dollars and build a similar 40,000 sq ft Kahuna Laguna in the Weirs to replace the outdoor volcano waterpark......having a year round heated indoor water park could be a great fit for the lakes region!!!

Ahoy there Mr Warren Buffet ..... oh please please please come to Weirs Beach and build a Kahuna Laguna style indoor water park on the lot that's formerly the volcano outdoor water park and is in fact up for sale or lease at this time.
U-know....an indoor waterpark in that spot could actually be a successfull year round business, and maybe be a type of an anchor biz for the Weirs.

Would it be welcome by the people in Laconia City Hall........I certainly think so?

Would a 92-degree indoor water park hit the spot for all the cold weather months that we get here........I certainly think so?

Thursday nights could be a great nite for a tiny bikini night.....anyone with a tiny bikini can get in for half price.....whooooppppppeeeeeeeee.........I certainly think so!!!!!

Funny topic as we are heading up there Sunday for my sons birthday. Kids go almost every year and love the place. great fun in the winter.

We are told that non-guests can get in at noon. Yes to $40 per person x 4 kids plus you must pay to just hang out with them $10 not to use the pool or full $40 to go in.

That's great to hear. My kids will be thrilled that we can go without being guests at the Mountain View or Fox Ridge.

Well we went to the Kahuna and a great time was had by all.

It was $40 per person and the hours run (non-guests) from noon until 8pm.
I thought we would be there all day but after 3 hours everyone was spent.

If taking kids the best deal would be a birthday party. $35 per person includes 2 hours in the water park some tokens for the arcade and pizza for lunch. In hind sight that would have been cheaper and the kids would have been just as happy with 2 hours vs 3 in the water.

I will say the stairs up to the slides got painful as the day wore on, grippy treads and water logged feet = sore toes tonight.

All of us would go back again, so I do recommend it.
