Default Freezing Rain 12/1 - 12/2 ??

It is starting to look like a freezing rain event will set up Saturday night into Sunday morning. Not sure how bad it may be, but this is something to watch.

It looks to me like the cold air from Friday night will get trapped in the valleys and near the surface and with warmer air over running the cold air, rain should fall into the cold air pool and become freezing rain.

Not saying this will be a major ice storm, but it could get interesting.

I noticed that a lot of the stations are being very reserved about Saturdays forecast. I'm looking forward to the warm up but hope we do not get any precip. I have a good days worth of exterior work left on this last house.
