Default More weather related outages this week?

There's a pretty good chance we get hit with a lot of heavy wet snow mid week. Last storm was similar with lots of downed trees and power lines. It sounds like this could be a repeat of the last storm.
It took the last power outage (my first since moving here full time) for me to realize I need a larger generator to power more than just the "essentials".

Default Maybe

I think right now all they really know is that some weather is coming...might be rain, might be snow...might be all of them. Hopefully it is not like the last storm!

What they know and what they have the guts to commit to are two different things. The local guys are cautious. Bernie says we are getting it. He explains why, albeit complicated!
As always...time will tell!

Default well

I think he is saying that the mountains are getting snow and that the lakes region is still a guess....at least for how much snow....guess we will know Wednesday morning. Personally I am rooting for the snow.

I'm glad we got almost all rain. Give me snow or rain, ice is trouble.

I was worried about more outages from trees and branches weakened/broken from the last storm. There's A LOT of "widow maker" branches just waiting to fall. I figure any wind/ice/heavy snow will take those limbs down and cause spotty problems after downing wires. I bought a second generator as an addition/back up. Last storm I realized I needed more power.

Hopefully you're back up and running!
