Default No Vehicles?

The announcement by Parks and Rec states, "Please note the public boat ramp access to the lake/ice will be closed to motorized traffic from 10:00am-4:00pm; please find an alternate route."

Does that mean no snowmobiles? Where else would we enter the ice?

Depending how one is getting to the lake. I guess you could use the ramp at the new Fish & game property (Old Downings) as it is open and there wasn't any signs there saying you can't use it.
