Default ...90-degree swim pool exercise class-Plymouth?

If you are looking for a one hour swim pool, instructed water exercise class in Plymouth from 6-7am (that means early in the morning), Monday-Wednesday-Friday, then this workout in the water named Splash 'n Burn, www.pemibakerhomehealth.org/ (Aquatics & Fitness Center) might be for you! The class size is limited to twelve, and currently has only three people attending, myself included. It is NOT a swimming pool .......by strictest definitions! It is a large therapy pool, and puts to use a number of different exercise devices; stretch tubes, float noodles, floatation ankle cuffs, and buoyancy foam barbells get the most use....plus other exercise regimens....under the directed control of one person who is an instructor-trainer-physical therapist type of a person.

Located up the hill, across the road from the Plymouth Wal-Mart in the Boulder Point medical area, the 90-degree indoor swim pool is about four years new, and in truly excellent condition. The instructor is a certified physical therapist as well. Prices: ten dollars
/class or $55/month. Telephone 536-2232

If you really want to become disgustingly thin, fit, healthy and good looking just like me, have some fun in the 90-degree workout water in the sunny indoor pool area, and get volume-blasted with disco & zumba style workout music, then maybe this one hour class is for you baby.........cha-cha-cha......splish-splash!.....oopsie-doopsie......no splashing is allowed!!

Default $55 @ month!

FLL, i thought you were thrifty? You can join LASC for less than that!

I am a PSC alumni so I get to use the iniversity pool free!

One of the resort at WV has a heated pool. I have used that pool many time without paying. The staff doesn't pay much attention.

I'm all for exercise but 90F is way too hot. Maybe if you have old rickety joints it feels good when you get in but I'll take 75-77 water for swimming and exercise any day.

The swim pool water at Plymouth State University is pretty cold, maybe 70-degrees as opposed to 90-degrees at Pemi-Baker Community Health Plymouth, plus the PSU swim pool building was built extremely low budget about 45-years ago and it is basically a large building that has NO windows what-so-ever, which in my opinion makes it a large shed and not a building.

In addition, Splash 'n Burn classes are also held on Monday and Wednesday at both 4:30 & 5:30-pm, plus Friday at 5:00-pm, for one hour. Class size is limited to twelve people. I believe the first introductory class is a freebie, telephone 536-2232, but you may want to call on that, and you need to bring a swim suit and a towel, plus maybe a combination lock for the changing room, clothes locker.

Most important......BRING A SMILE!.....and get ready to have some fun and get into some better physical shape working out in the 90-degree clean large (aprox 30 x 70' ?) therapy pool water which has step x step x step depths of three, four and 6 1/2 feet deep! Supposedly, the pool water is kept clean with a combination of low chlorination plus an ultraviolet anti-septic treatment system, and it sure seems like some very good, clean pool water, plus everyone is required to shower before entering the pool.

So you sound like you are OK with with being dishonest! I thought you VERY MUCH disliked "dishonest" people like FFL.
You did say that on another thread about septic systems.
What goes here?

As long as we are slightly off-topic here, then let me add this into the mix; about ten of the 24-Groton wind farm, white wind turbines which have yet to start rotating, can be seen relatively up-close and in good detail from the parking lot, high up the hill, at the Splash n' Burn class.

....do the windmill baby......a new exercise regimen for the Splash 'n Burn class named the Groton windmill...where you stand in either 3', 4' or tred water in 6 1/2 ' and make like a Groton windmill......basically doing the backstroke with your arms & hands while positioned vertically.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajv8AMBNwsY .... water aerobics class .... and yes, that's me in the light blue swim suit in the back row...yeah.....being fat is no fun now is it!
