Default Ooh La La Crepes

Well, another terrific find in Wolfeboro. We have been to Ooh La La twice and the food is wonderful. My favorite is the curried chicken, but the Monte Cristo is also delish! Next time, I am just going to have one of the outstanding dessert crepes. Never mind the lunch stuff!!!! If you haven't been to Ooh La La give it a try. The ice cream they use in the shop is from teh Sandwich Creamery-which is top of the line. Enjoy. I am hoping they will have a little tent on the ice for the Derby weekend. So much better than those dreadful sausauge things served by the ill mannered man from Massachusetts.

Sounds like something that the Meredith area could use!!!!

Why the need to say where he is from. Is it worse to be an ill mannered man from Massachusetts or an ill mannered man from New Hampshire just wondering .

Methinks somebody is a little sensitive about their home state. I don't think DM meant to slam Massachusetts as much as the sausage cart vendor. If she did I'm fine with that also.

Laugh back at ya : Not sensitive at all just thought it was petty. Considering 3/4 of the state and this board are either residents or former residents of the (shhh previously mentioned state)

Default Whoops-didn't mean to be petty!

Didn't mean to sound petty regarding a particular vendor ... after all, I am an ex-Massachusetts resident!! Hey-I heard that there will be a food/liquor tent near Lago (think I've seen it today) selling goodies from either Lago or Church Landing for the Pond Hockey weekend and the Derby. That would be great.

Just wanted to give Ooh La La a bump to the top after my wife and I enjoyed Gluten Free Crepes over this past weekend.

Thank you!

Default ooh la la crepes

Is it easy to find in Wolfboro? Cant wait to try it. Another reason for a ride to Wolfboro never hurts!! I hear you about the sausage vendor, I think I must have been in line right behind you!! Wouldnt a nice warm crepe have hit the spot! Does Ooh La La close in the Winter?

A great place. I took the kids there recently for ice cream and the service and food couldn't have been better. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed. They are right across the street from Bradley's hardware.

Default Lobster crepe

I just had the lobster crepe and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!
Only appears on summer menu however.
Make sure you get over to Wolfeboro (RailRoad St.) and check them out.

Easy to find.

If you can walk past Baily's Bubble without stopping, it is on the same side of the short street up a few doors. Right across the street from the hardware store.

Sad to learn that. It does a great summer business, but struggles during the off season.

A restaurant that serves only crepes reminds me of the old Saturday night live skit about the mall store that only sold scotch tape.

Only the business is for sale (not the property) so I assume it will stay a crepe place.

Default Crepes Ooh La La

I want to thank all of you for posting such nice reviews. I did have the business on craigslist for a short time this winter but have decided not to sell and have taken it off the market. So, we're gearing up for another great summer, a few new menu choices, still the best ice cream around and great service from my staff who make it fun! Hope to see you at Crepes Ooh La La.

I'm so happy to hear the great news. The closing of this restaurant would have been a real loss. I promise to start coming more often.

Default Yay!

I am also glad Ooh La La will be around for another season. I know this past winter was tough because we didn't have much snow for folks to play around in. (snow mobiles, x-country ski) Hopefully a booming summer will make up for it.

Meanwhile I am patiently waiting for the lobster crepes and look forward to some nice, healthy entries. (and yes, they have the best vanilla ice cream in town --bar none).

Default Glad we tried it!

I am a very infrequent poster, but an avid follower of this forum every day. As such, I have read the comments about Ooh La La Crepes and have been eager to try it out. Since we vacation in Meredith every summer, we don't get to Wolfeboro too often. Yesterday we decided to venture out for a late breakfast and headed to Wolfeboro where we spotted Ooh La La and decided to try it out. Very glad we did--delicious and great to have something different!! Nice atmosphere and such pleasant people--we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast experience and hope to return to try some different crepes and the ice cream, too!

We had a late lunch recently at Crepes Ooh La La. The food was delicious. We both had the Chicken Delight crepe. It was a combination of tender moist white chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese covered width Mornay Sauce. We met and chatted with the owner (Rhonda) and she was delightful. I can't wait to go back.
If you decide to visit this restaurant don't forget to check out the light in the bathroom!
