Mason referrals?
We have an old 1939 cottage with it's original field stone fireplace that has never drafted well, and are looking for a good mason in the area of Alton. Any suggestions?

thanks McDude....However...
Sorry Wentworth. The link that McDude provided is for the Alton Masonic Lodge Website.
While the heritage of Masonry goes back to the great Cathedral age, today we are not Operative Masons. I did try to go over our local membership, but I don't believe that although we have several tradesman, none that I can think of are Stone Masons. Again, sorry. McDude: thanks for the plug anyway.
