Default What is the scene?

What is the scene? Brush painted, airbrushed? Realistic or interpretive? You can pm me if you would like.
I don't really call myself an artist, but i can draw and paint fairly well. I have some sample stuff i can show you. I just kind of mess around.

Default Far, far away....

I live in new jersey, you might want to try to keep it closer to home.....it's a shame, i was just up the week before last, and i am always very inspired while i am there, have done so much of my best work while enjoying the lakes region.....let me know what you decide to do, sounds interesting, i have seen it before, like a winter scene on a saw blade...trees and snow, maybe a bright red cardinal.....cool.

I really want to see this when it's done because my son-in-law wants me to paint a picture of his house on a round saw blade. No kidding. What kind of paint will you use Glen?

Default Standard craft paint, i would think...

Never painted on a blade before, but i have seen it.

We usually come up at least 2, maybe even 3 times a year.....we are in process of planning our next trip, will probably be early to mid august.

Here is my personal info, i'm not shy and dont care who gets it, so dont worry:
glennsteely@yahoo.com
you can pick up this conversation there, and send me a picture of what you want painted, and i will let you know if i think i can handle or not, cool?

My sister-in-law does beautiful work. She paints on saw blades. Unfortunately she does not live in NH.

Check out Vinny at Vynn Art.com. Vinny is a talented local artist who has a gallery right in Meredith. I'm sure Vinny could do it for you and if not he knows all of the local artists.

Brenda Budrow at Dragon Fly gardens painted a beautiful picture of my place. She has examples of her work for sale at Dragon Fly Gardens in Alton. Highly recomend her.

Default ...... Valeria!

www.artist-on-the-loose.com

Valeria, age-early 60's, lives in Thornton, and likes to drive her little 1989 BMW 2-seater sportscar, especially in the warmer months of the year, and has no problem driving down to the lakes region.

She gets right to work, and creates a detailed and colorfull oil or acrylic work of very comprehensive artistic drawing, and is actually very reasonably priced ..... maybe too reasonably! I have seen some of her outdoor scenes showing the forest, and the animals for wall murals done in Waterville Valley.
