Default Sno-Streakers update 10/5/08

There will be no Sno-Streakers trail work on Sunday, October 12th due to the Columbus Day weekend and the Sandwich Fair. Trail work resumes the following Sunday, October 19th.

There were only two people who showed up for trail work this Sunday. We really need to get some help from our members in order to have the trails ready to ride when the snow flies. PLEASE come and help out. If everyone could give a few hours, we would be ready in no time.

Thanks,
Sue Magnuson

Default Update from Sno-Streakers

We began trail work on Sunday September 28th and will be continuing it every Sunday until the snow flies or until we are done. If you can help us out any Sunday (or many!), we would appreciate any help you can give us. Please meet at the Meredith McDonald’s at 8:00 AM. If you have any appropriate tools, such as chain saws, hatchets, etc., please bring them along. It would be great to see some new faces helping out this year. Last year, we had a very good group of people helping out with several new people joining us. Remember, we are working on the trails that YOU enjoy riding on. PLEASE come out and help at least once. We all like to ride and should be willing to help make the trails the best they can be. We have a couple of bigger projects to do to enable our groomer and drag to get through. We have been approved for some grant money for some fall projects. More information to follow. If you have any questions, please call Hank at 279-8629.
