Default who knows

I asked an employee a few weeks ago what was up, and the employee said it wasn't known when he will open, maybe late spring. Too bad, he did such a nice job remodeling and the food is good. I fear he may lose staff if he doesn't make a commitment soon.

Default $430,000

Didn't it change hands just a year or two ago?

I think it changed hands about a year ago. The new owners did a nice job fixing the place up and the food was as good as before. Hope they can make it.

I hope so as well. It's about as convenient as it gets for us. The new Dockside also continued the unbelievable haddock sandwich tradition established by the old one. Besides "Mee" kept suggesting we quit our day jobs and buy it last time it was up for sale. I'm not sure I can hold her off again ....
