Will the General Court "fix" the law now?
A thought after my discussion with Skip. Now that violation of this RSA is tied with your drivers license how would you (or your lawyer) handle this? The passing from astern situation!

So, do you maintain speed and course as the boat astern passes? Do you both drop down to headway speed in which case there is no passing situation since the boat astern isn't going fast enough to pass unless the lead boat turns...but a turn would also seem to violate the law? |
