Lewmar Pontoon Bow Thruster
Saw this at IBEX last week. I didn't have time to stop and talk to Lewmar about it as I had other meetings to get to, but thought some here might find it interesting.
Looks like it mounts in the log and retracts when not in use.

There's a toon on Bear Island? That has duel thrusters.
Rear is mounted of the motor fin plate. Up front is mounted underneath, comes down by remote. Not sure if was in the toon, it was hard to see it when at the dock? The front unit the owner said was Canadian built. Either way they will let you look like a rock star if parallel parking at the dock or in the wind! |

Agree. Would be terrific to have. But, at a cost of 4k each I don’t mind a bit of humiliation

That sounds crazy, I don't think these Lewmar ones are designed for battle.
