More Wood Ducks
I've checked this spot out everyday for years and over the years it's been a good spot for Great Blue Herons; then one day last week I spotted a single male Wood Duck there which was a first for me at that location. I went back today and saw six of them on a log, along with a turtle also on the log. There was at least 9 Wood Ducks there.
I'm hoping that they come back there next year to breed.
