Shibley's on the Pier
Went to Shibley's on the Pier for lunch today. Both my wife and I had our favorite, Rick Wrap. Very good, as usual. They are closing down for the year on Sunday, the 21'st of October. The parking lot for Mount Major was packed and lots of cars and 2 buses were parked out on Route 11. Nice day to climb the Mount!!!

Shibley's at the Pier is our favorite when we are at the lake.
I sure do miss them when they close for the next few months though and I am so so glad when the re-open.

My wife and I were there for lunch today as well. We both had the Ceasers salads with chicken.
I have to start standing up and yelling out..."Anyone form Winnipesaukee.com here today?" |

Now that sounds like a great idea. We'll have to do that when we go into any shop, restaurant or public space.

Facelift
Paul LaRochelle and his crew are doing a fantastic job with the makeover of Shibley's on the Pier, New Roof, awesome cedar shake looking vinyl siding and all new trim work. They will be doing some things inside as well, it matches the same scheme as other buildings in the bay like the pavillion, community center, public bathroom ect...

I've always enjoyed my meals at Shibley's. Nice folks, too. Unfortunately, I didn't make it over there for lunch this year. I've got to put it higher on the list next year!

Insulation was up on the front, but no siding yet as of this afternoon.
