Lake Cruiser
Bought this Saturday from a guy in Bristol, 15 minutes from my house. 1954 Chevy, the year I was born.

No, it was done over buy a Corvette shop in LI NY for a shop truck. The guy I bought it from was an ex LI cop, moved here a few years ago to retire. Super nice guy, had a beautifull log cabin over in Bristol behind the Homestead restaurant. It's not original, it was built on an S10 Chevy chassis with S10 drivetrain so it drives just like an S10 pick up. Very nice, enjoy the ride.
1954, wish that I was that young. Anyway in the 50's my neighbor had a Chev truck with the gas tank in the cab behind the seat. I never felt real comfortable riding in that truck.
