Meredith Bay Village, an over 55 community, has 33 condos in Meredith on the block. This was/is a very high-end development. Seems like they got in over their heads. I was in there several years ago with some family memers from away who were looking at property, but it was too rich for their tastes. Close to four hundred thousand dollars a unit if I remember ?

Currently selling for around the above price. Still a bit steep. I bought a 2 BR, 2 bath with kitchen, vaulted great room with fireplace, 3 seasoned porch, sundeck and attached garage for less than $200,000. 2,000 sq feet. Sounds like the developer tried to get rich quick!
How much are they going on the block for? Where can I find info?

It's an auction, so you just need to have a check worth $5,000, and start to bid. The auction is being held on October 11th at 10 am. The website for more info is: www.paulmcinnis.com ________ TOYOTA MEGA CRUISER HISTORY Last edited by Irish mist; 02-27-2011 at 10:27 PM. |

Interesting... There's supposed to be a 63+ apartment complex going in here in Alton on Route 140. I think it's something like 53 units on 14 acres of land. It's being marketed as low income/retirement housing.
I wonder if they're paying attention to this.... ![]() |
