winter fuel prepay plans

Today's LaDaSun has an Amerigas Laconia ad which says: Lock-in your propane price as low a 2.689/gal! Don't delay - offer
ends 6/15/08.

That seems too low. Last winter I was an Amerigas Laconia prepay for about 2.49/2.59, only the plan wasn't offered till after last August 1. Probably, this 2.689 price is only for 25 year, Amerigas employees who agree to use 5000 gallons minimum, or something.

My price this past winter was $1.845 locked for the season from Eastern Propane, through the Co-op, for around 1200 gals.
