Refuge BBQ and Mercantile

Ok, I've not yet given this place a go, but given how common BBQ talk is on this forum, how has nobody mentioned it?!

It looks like they've been open about 7 months and are getting rave reviews, especially about their brisket. In fact, I heard about it on a Facebook thread about "best brisket in NH."

Anyone been? Thoughts?!

It looks like it's where the Tuftonboro General Store is/was, at the intersection of Middle and Federal Corner.

I'm not familiar with the specific section of Tuftonboro, but it's 7 minutes closer than Yankee Smokehouse, so it could be a great alternative!

It is where the Tuftonboro General Store was. It's not open all the time and closes when he runs out so make sure you check before you make a trip.
