Default Pier 19 Store for sale

I hope it sells but I think it’s waaaaay overpriced at $3,500,000. I hope the sellers become more reasonable, if they’re really interested in selling. Skelley’s Market in Moultonborough sold for $1,200,000 just a little over two years ago.

I frequent frequent both and would guess that Skelley's is 5X or more the traffic.

Also curious from the listing--the "local hot spot" does just under $2MM/year. If profit is 5-10%, how many years is that to pay off $3.5MM?

I hope she doesn't need the $

I was thinking that too, but it is lakefront property and look at the prices of houses on the lake and what they are selling for!
