Hello All,
I am a long time lurker and this is my first post. I find this forum interesting and informative and I thought I'd give it a try. I was born and raised in Southern NH and recently moved to the lakes region, so all my former professional contacts are a bit too far away to be convenient. I am looking for a law firm that has experience or specializes in NH Real Estate law i.e., zoning, subdivision, land planning, etc...,. and wondered if anyone has any recommendations in this area - preferably on the east side of Winnipesaukee. Thanks for any recommendations you may have. |

My family and I have used Ed Hibbard of Wescott Law. He and his paralegal, Alice, are excellent.
Ed can be reached at 603-524-2166. Good luck! |

If dealing with local town issues.
Try to get one in that town or town next door. Makes things simpler. If you can understand. |

I understand where you're coming from but that can be a two edged sword. Some attorneys get squeamish at the thought of opposing any of the local entities he may have to deal with in the future.

Not if he is any good. Do your homework with either of these gentlemen. Both are excellent. Choose who you feel is not afraid of his shadow.
