Proposal to Develop Bay View Pavillion

Ah, I was one of the icky girls skating there in the 70's. I stayed in either of the two upstairs apartments (at the time) to the left of the Pavillion (between the Pavillion and the public docks) for two months every summer back in the day... Used to be there to skate whenever it was open during the days. The same people from Florida owned the Pavillion, the apartments and a few other pieces of real estate there then.
