Our kitchen is too small to have a true certified gluten free options, but we do gluten tolerant items, just tell your server. We have BBQ Chicken Wings, Salads with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Salmon and Tuna Specials, Gluten free French Fries and gluten free Buns. I have many relatives that are celiac (sp?) so it is something the cooks are very used to preparing.

I am going to look into socks for the fenders, right now...
