Your food for thought ideas are needed

If there is plenty of business or people traffic, how about fast food with a flair? I enjoy the breakfasts, lunches during work week. Sometimes even take dinner home for the wife and I.

Love the idea of tapas / wine bar but that's pretty much Lagos in the summer. I do miss the old Lakeshore - you guys did great work. If its going to be year round my staff was just telling me how much they want a good soup place this time of year (and we eat a lot of take out).

If its seasonal how about the upscale frozen yogurt places (i.e. Pinkberries). I eat too much ice cream in the summer for it to be healthy...
