The CT boat is going at No Wake speed..Off Plane...probably less than 6mph. The 150' rule doesn't apply to him does it..? He's already going Legally Slow.

So in this case, who is the burdened vessel..? The Ski boat or the other boat..and who is required to stay out of the way of the other.? Just wondering. NB
