Default Drainage ?

My friend has a sloped driveway towards his double car garage. He's looking for some kind of trough with grating so the water can be displaced from in front of the doors. McMaster was suggested on another thread that showed having the grating but I couldn't find anything on a trough with it. Maybe I wasn't searching correctly. Is there anything available for this kind of installation. Are there any ideas that the forum could suggest to solve this problem. I was thinking perforated PVC pipe but it doesn't take all of the water away and may not be fast enough to do the job.

Thanks in advance.
