Requesting suggestions for Tactical Monocular and Flashlight ?

Monocular must be small, prefer rubber coated, water resistant, fog-proof lens, and have a better than average field of vision.

Flashlight, must be small, at least 1,000 Lumens of light, and prefer water-resistant. If it has a 'mounting' capabilities to a rifle/pistol would be a Plus !

If you have any favorite websites, where one can purchase, would be appreciated !
